Yeah the description in th manual and the actual effect on the screen is completely different, which is quite disappointing.

But I disagree with the op on how Sins and Rits ruined GW. I think they fit in pretty well, sin is someone who spikes, but have realitivly weak armor compared to a war's.(remember how at the begining of Factions everyone is ditching sins cause they don't know how to use them?) And a rit is someone who's strength is in stationary fights(large fights where movement is small) and in the use of weapon spell buffs.

And I don't think sins and rits don't fit into GW, much the less ruining it.

Hm, I was not there when GW launched. WHen I started playing GW (Prophecies) I was quite sure I wanted to play a ranged char. After reading a bit I decided to start as Ele because being the 'Master of Elements' promised to be good. Secondary profession became ranger to be able to access the power of Nature and of course to charm an animal.

My skill bar:
[skill]troll unguent[/skill][skill]aura of restoration[/skill][skill]flare[/skill][skill]fire storm[/skill][skill]feral lunge[/skill][skill]comfort animal[/skill][skill]charm animal[/skill]

Actually it worked quite well, until I reached the harder areas where I had to ditch the per for a full ele build.
